In all our Habitats You can find a wide and well furnished balcony of approx. 10 sq. meters or a large garden with exclusive use, independent air conditioning, 21” satellite TV, radio, telephone, hair dryer, electric shutters, Jacuzzi shower or bathtub upon request, safe, minibar and fast Internet connection ADSL-WIFI.

    It’s composed of a large bedroom (approx. 16 m2), a bedroom/sitting room of approx. 30 m2, a large bathroom of approx. 4 m2 with hydro-shower, a terrace of 15 m2 with barbecue and garden furniture. It is located in the area facing our Resort, within our Residence. The very new structure, built in 2004, is composed of approx. 40 apartments (one-roomed, two-roomed and three-roomed), it is surrounded by palms, flowers and many green areas and it is equipped with a swimming-pool with whirlpool, sunlit terrace, children playground, car parking.
